In this video I'll show you how to submit the troubleshooter files from GFI MailEssentials.

Start by launching the troubleshooter. Go to All Programs, find the GFI MailEssentials folder in question and select troubleshooter. Next, read and accept the disclaimer and fill in the required contact information. You can also enter the case number if you have one or a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. Now click Gather Log. This initiates the automated gathering of all the files our support team needs to diagnose your problem. The files automatically upload once the process is complete.
