If using SIP, in the IP Call Control Modules > SIP > IP Parameters tab, set the sip_Contact with the IP and port of the Machine which is hosting the Brooktrout Card. Set the sip_default_gateway: to the Server's IP which is acting as Router. In both cases, Port 5060 should be used.
If using H.323, in the IP Call Control Modules > H.323 > IP Parameters tab, set the h323_default_gateway to the IP address of the gateway to use for outbound calls. Port 1720 is the default port for a H.323 gateway.
