Recently GFI MailEssentials users may have experienced disruption to their service. We are happy to report that this is now resolved. If you have temporarily disabled Bitdefender, please re-enable it and your email service will resume. If you continue to experience any problems, follow this guide to manually update Bitdefender definitions.

How to obtain Customer Portal Login information or License Key

Occasionally a Customer Portal Login may be forgotten, a primary contact may have changed, or even a quick License request needs to be made.  

If you cannot access the Customer Portal, please try to reset the password though the automated system at https://customers.gfi.com/login.aspx
