GFI FaxMaker Client is an application installed on users' machines, used for sending faxes through GFI FaxMaker Online. There are various methods that can be used for sending fax, depending on the environment and installation of the application.
With the printer driver that is bundled with the GFI FaxMaker Online client, you can send faxes directly from Windows applications as easily as printing. Select the “FaxMaker” printer from your list of printers, enter the destination fax number or select a recipient from your contacts, and click send. Use any of the cover pages provided.
The GFI FaxMaker Online printer driver supports Microsoft Outlook contacts, the GFI FaxMaker Online printer address book and manual recipient entry.
You can import and export contacts to and from your GFI FaxMaker Online printer address book from ASCII files or create new contacts if you wish.

The GFI FaxMaker Online Printer works much like any other printer from any application. Select File > Print and select the FaxMaker printer. A form will pop up where you can fill in details about the recipient.

Step one
Run the setup file. In the Welcome screen click Next to start the installation wizard.
Step two
From the Type of fax server screen select GFI FaxMaker Online (cloud solution).
Step three
Key in your email address as configured in GFI FaxMaker Online by your administrator. Also enter your user credentials that are emailed to you when your account is created.
Step four
Select the installation folder and click Next.
Step five
Click Next in the Ready to Install the Application Screen to start installing.
