The Microsoft Office Plug-in enables you to send faxes directly from within Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Outlook.
To use this plug-in simply create a document, for example using Microsoft Word, and then click File > Save and Send > Send as Internet Fax. Then enter the destination fax number or select a recipient from your contacts, and hit Send! You can use any of the cover page templates provided or even create your own.

The GFI FaxMaker Online Microsoft Office plug-in supports the following versions of Microsoft Office: Office 2003, Office 2007 (32-bit), Office 2010 (32-bit and 64-bit) and Office 2013 (32-bit and 64-bit).
The plug-in supports the following file types:
Select File > Save and Send > Send as Internet Fax from any Microsoft Office application. A form will pop up where you can fill in details about the recipient, see a preview of the fax and various cover page options.
Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 are supported. Please ensure that you download the correct x32bit or x64bit version.
Step one
Run installer and click Install. Once the installation is complete click Finish.
Step two
Open a Word Document that you wish to send by fax.
Step three
Go to File, Save and Send and choose Send as Internet Fax.
Step four
Select the recipients you wish to send the fax to.
