Experiencing difficulties with product updates?

The GFI Software Engineering Team is always looking for ways to make our server configuration more stable, faster and overall easier for you to use and with this in mind, as of December 23 2016, we completed a server migration.

Since this move, we are seeing the expected increase in performance however, users have reported some issues with certain services, namely the automatic update service, where users have been temporarily unable to access this function.

We are working tirelessly to resolve these issues and make sure you can reap all the benefits of this increase in performance.
