Q. Who do I contact for GFI Software product/technical support?
A. GFI has rolled technical support back in house starting April 1st, 2017. Please be sure to log into accounts.gfi.com to obtain your direct support contact phone number.
Q. Will I still have access to the GFI Customer Portal?
A. We have transitioned to https://accounts.gfi.com, please log directly into these pane with either your license key or the same login credentials as your customer portal.
Q. Why is GFI no longer selling direct to end users and resellers?
A. GFI Software is under new ownership and is increasingly focused on software development. GFI is committed to long-term growth and increasing the value we provide our customers. Moving to 100% channel affords a stronger focus on that core value and ensures our partners and end users have access to a more efficient purchase process and wide variety of IT solutions.
Q. What happens if you are a current user and need to renew or have customers ready to renew within the next few months?
A. As an end user, please contact your existing reseller who will purchase your order through one of GFI’s focused distributors, Synnex or Lifeboat. If you require a reseller, please select from our preferred partners at https://www.gfi.com/partners/find-a-partner.
Q. I previously purchased directly from GFI. Who do I contact to add on, renew, or buy new products?

Q. Why was Lifeboat and Synnex selected as your value added Distributors?
