Recently GFI MailEssentials users may have experienced disruption to their service. We are happy to report that this is now resolved. If you have temporarily disabled Bitdefender, please re-enable it and your email service will resume. If you continue to experience any problems, follow this guide to manually update Bitdefender definitions.

Migration path for GFI Network Server Monitor

From June 1, 2014 GFI Software™ no longer sells GFI Network Server Monitor and renews maintenance agreements (SMA) for this product. Customers with a valid SMA can migrate to GFI EventsManager at no cost by following these simple steps

  • Logging in to the customer portal
  • Access the "My License Keys" section
  • Click on "Upgrade license key" in the dropdown that appears when clicking the Key icon
