GFI MailEssentials 2014 R2 Offers Greater Anti-Virus Engine Choice, Adding Avira and Anti-Spam Intelligent Language Detection

GFI Software™ today announced the release of GFI MailEssentials 2014 R2, adding major enhancements to the company’s award-winning comprehensive email security solution. With more than 70 percent of worldwide email traffic consisting of spam, the need for robust email security solutions is paramount for organizations of all sizes. GFI MailEssentials 2014 provides small and mid-sized (SMB) organizations with new virus, malware and spam detection capabilities.

GFI MailEssentials 2014 users now also have greater anti-spam capabilities with the introduction of Intelligent Language Detection – a new plugin that allows administrators and end-users to set spam policies based on language detection.

GFI MailEssentials 2014 also provides email management, content filtering and attachment filtering. With more powerful spam detection capabilities, with Intelligent Language Detection, and the ability to leverage up to five of the top anti-virus engines, now including Avira, MailEssentials provides complete email protection.
