The ASCII Group, Inc. announced today that GFI Software™ has received the award for ‘Best Customer Support’ at the ASCII Baltimore Summit 2013. This prestigious award is presented to the technology company that is deemed to have the best customer support for the IT industry and is voted on by the solution provider attendees at the ASCII Baltimore Summit 2013, held in Linthicum, Maryland from June 12 – 13. This is the second year in a row that GFI MAX has won an award during the ASCII Success Summit Series.

The ASCII Group, Inc., the world’s largest IT solution provider community, is holding the ASCII Success Summit Series in eight cities across the United States. Each summit selects winners of the ‘Best of Show Awards’ series. These prestigious awards are voted on by the solution provider attendees at each of the eight ASCII Success Summits and are presented to the companies that are deemed to have the best solutions, new products, channel programs, promotions/incentives, sales and support for the solution provider community.
