Main product
- Pricing component
Main Product is licensed by the number of Mailboxes; to calculate price: multiply the number of Mailboxes by the unit band price. - 1st Year support (SMA)
Included in Main Product license price. Term is 1 year. First year SMA includes Update Component: Norman and BitDefender; GFI Trojan and Executable Scanner and Email Exploit Engine. - Renewal support (SMA)
Renew SMA per price book. See note below on determining quantity band pricing. Customer license in 1, 2 or 3 year terms.
Add-on licenses

Add-Ons are licensed by number of Mailboxes. To calculate price: multiply the number of Mailboxes by the unit band price. - 1st Year support (SMA)

Version upgrades

Determine the number of Mailboxes the customer has licensed for the Version Upgrade. To calculate price: multiply the number of Mailboxes by the unit band price. - 1st Year support (SMA)
Included in Version Upgrade price. Term is one year from Purchase Order. - Renewal support (SMA)
Renew SMA per price book. See note below on determining quantity band pricing. Customer license in 1, 2 or 3 year terms.

Kaspersky, AVG and McAfee -Virus Scanners
- Pricing component
Product Option is licensed per Mailbox. Determine the number of Mailboxes the customer has already licensed (you cannot license a Product Option for fewer Mailboxes than what are already licensed). To calculate price: multiply the number of Mailboxes by the unit band price. - 1st Year support (SMA)
Co-term Product Option to end same date as Main Product* - Renewal support (SMA) renew per price book. See note below on determining quantity band pricing. Customer license in 1, 2, 3 year terms. Product Option is NOT included in renewal SMA and has to be separately priced.
*For multiple year SMA contracts on the Main Product, the SMA for the Add-On licenses is free up until the first anniversary of the Main Product license. Add-On annual SMA needs to be purchased to cover remaining year(s).
