Main product

• Pricing component
  Main Product is licensed by the number of Mailboxes; to calculate price: multiply the number of Mailboxes by the unit band price.
  
• 1^st Year support (SMA)
  Included in product license price. Term is one year. First year SMA includes Update Component, SpamRazer, anti-spam and anti-phishing protection updates.
  
• Renewal support (SMA)
  Renew SMA per price book. Customer license in 1, 2 or 3 year terms.
  

Add-on licenses

• Pricing component
  Add-Ons are licensed by number of Mailboxes. To calculate price multiply the number of Mailboxes by the unit band price.
  
• 1^st Year support (SMA)
  SMA is free to the expiration date of the Main Product. SMA includes update component, SpamRazer, anti-spam and anti-phishing protection updates Term ends same date as main product.*
  
• Renewal support (SMA)
  Renew SMA per price book. Customer license in 1, 2 or 3 year terms.
  

Version upgrades

• Pricing component
  Determine the number of Mailboxes the customer has licensed for the version upgrade. To calculate price: multiply the number of Mailboxes by the unit band price.
  
• 1^st Year support (SMA)
  Included in product license price. Term is one year. First year SMA includes Update Component, SpamRazer, anti-spam and anti-phishing protection updates.
  
• Renewal support (SMA)
  Renew SMA per price book. Customer license in 1, 2 or 3 year terms.

*For multiple year SMA contracts on the main product, the SMA for the Add-On licenses is free up until the first anniversary of the main product license. Add-On annual SMA needs to be purchased to cover remaining year(s).
