Main product

  Main Product is licensed by the number of Users; to calculate price: multiply the number of Users by the unit band price (Product includes installation on one (1) GFI FAXmaker Server and includes four (4) fax Lines on that GFI FAXmaker Server.)

  Included in product license price. Includes latest modem driver updates. 1 year term.
  
• Renewal support (SMA)
  Renew SMA per price book. Customer license in 1, 2 or 3 year terms.
  

Unlimited licenses

• Pricing component
  Unlimited license is available: GFI FAXmaker Servers, Users and Lines.

  Included in product license price. Includes latest modem driver updates. 1 year term.
  
• Renewal support (SMA)
  Renew SMA per price book. Customer license in 1, 2 or 3 year terms.

Add-on licenses

  Add-on is licensed by the number of Users; to calculate price: multiply the number of Users by the unit band price.

  SMA is free to the expiration date of the Main Product. SMA date includes latest modem driver updates. Term ends same date as Main Product.*

  Renew SMA per price book. Customer license in 1, 2 or 3 year terms.
  

version upgrades

  Determine the number of licenses the customer has that are not on current SMA.  There are no version upgrades for GFI FAXmaker Servers or Lines.

*For multiple year SMA contracts on the Main Product, the SMA for the Add-On licenses is free up until the first anniversary of the Main Product license. Add-On annual SMA needs to be purchased to cover remaining year(s).

Unlimited licensing

GFI FAXmaker has three (3) components: Users, lines, and GFI FAXmaker servers. The main product or any add-On allows the installation of the product on one (1) GFI FAXmaker server and four (4) lines installed on that GFI FAXmaker server. The product is then licensed by User.

For large users, an unlimited license version is offered, however it is important that we clearly define what “unlimited” means for each Unit. Unlimited is by company. Company does not include subsidiaries or companies acquired after the date of initial license of the main product.

• Unlimited Users- All employees of the company.
• Unlimited Lines- Is unlimited to one (1) GFI FAXmaker server. It is not unlimited by company.
• Unlimited GFI FAXmaker servers - Unlimited fax servers at a company.
