- Countries referred to as “local” are the US, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
- Refers to fax sent or received from within the same country listed as local.
**Corporate Plan
- Local fax pages are each charged seven cents (minimum of $150 spent per month).
***Notes for local fax services yearly plan
- This is a pre-payed plan.
- This plan expires in 12 months, any pages left over are lost if not consumed in the grace period.
- If a balance reaches zero, with no associated additional fax pages payment, the service stops.
- International faxes pages will be deducted from the plan balance at the rate of the destination country. This may reduce the number of fax pages able to be sent or received for the plans balance.
- There are no overage charges.
- If a balance reaches zero before the 12 months, customer is to purchase another 1 year subscription or switch to monthly.
- Refunds are not available.
- Additional DID's charged for the same period of time as the yearly plan.
- Additional DID's added during the course of a 12 month period will be pro rated to expire same time as yearly plan.

- Number porting not available in Italy.
- Fax Service Monthly Plans, overages, additional numbers and number porting can only be purchased DIRECT.
- Number porting can only be purchased direct and will not be available on the website.
- Fax Services Channels available direct, through reseller and distribution.
- A Fax Services Channel is required to be able to subscribe to a Fax Services Monthly Plan.
- Fax Service Monthly Plan cannot be changed mid way through a month.
