Delivery of order confirmations, invoices and license certificates (Applies only to the US)

Please note that effective April 22, GFI has changed the way in which order confirmations, invoices and license certificates are delivered, as follows:

Orders received by GFI from Resellers (not through the GFI shopping cart)

When GFI receives an order directly from a registered reseller, the reseller will receive an order confirmation email which will include the invoice and an attached software license certificate. We will not be sending any license key or certificate to end-users directly. The delivery of the key and license certificate will be the resellers' responsibility.

If you intend to forward the order confirmation to your end-user please make sure you remove the invoice attachment which is included in the email.

Orders received by GFI from Resellers (through the GFI shopping cart)

When GFI receives an order through the shopping cart from a registered reseller the order confirmation email and the software license certificate will be sent to the reseller. We will not be sending any license key or certificate to end-users directly. The delivery of the key and license certificate will be the resellers' responsibility.

Orders received by distribution from Resellers

When a reseller orders through one of our distributors, GFI will auto forward the order confirmation and license certificate to the reseller. We will not be sending any license key or certificate to distributors or end users directly. The delivery of the key and license certificate will be the resellers' responsibility.

DMR orders

For all orders placed through DMRs, GFI will auto forward the order confirmation and license certificate to the end-user. We will not be sending any license key or certificate to DMRs directly. The invoice for DMR orders will go to distribution as all DMRs purchase via Lifeboat or Trustin.
