German-Speaking Technical Support Representative – Ref: UKTSR
You shall form part of GFI’s technical support team, assisting customers with any issues they may have with our products. You must enjoy helping people, and should be switched on and quick to learn new technologies. You will work with cutting edge technologies such as Windows 2000/2003/2008, mail servers, database engines, network security and firewalls, while offering high end technical support by phone and email. An MCP, experience in systems administration, and/or working experience in a Microsoft Windows Server System product environment will be considered assets. As the post involves communicating with people from all over the world, you should be fluent in spoken and written German and English. This is a full-time post.
New Business Sales Executive - Dutch-speaking – Ref: UKNBS
Forming part of GFI's EMEA sales team, this role is responsible for the sale of GFI license product to new and existing customers within the Benelux region. This target-oriented position involves responding to incoming customer and partner calls/emails and handling queries, quotation requests and related issues; as well as making outbound calls to drive new business license sales to new and existing customers/partners. Responsibilities also include the distribution and management of GFI leads. This is a key role that requires the energy and initiative to do whatever it takes to meet customer expectations. To apply, you should be able to speak and write fluent Dutch. You must be self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work both independently and as a successful team member. Previous experience in IT sales - preferably software sales - is required; channel sales experience would be an asset.
