    • Technical Support Representative - Ref: USTSR

      Provides technical support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product via the telephone, email and/or internet chat. Serve as primary support liaison between GFI and customer. The Technical Support Representative may be required to test and evaluate GFI software and perform basic network administrator tasks.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
      - Resolve clients' technical questions or problems over the telephone, email and/or internet chat in the areas of system configurations/setup, product functionality and bugs/enhancements.
      - Convey customer feedback to product development staff.

It is also responsible for managing and directing a U.S.-based PR agency generating press releases, byline articles, blogs, media pitches, coverage reports, as well as fielding incoming requests from reporters and editors from the national business press and technology trade publications.

    • Systems Engineer - Ref: CWSE

      As a Systems Engineer your primary responsibility will be the design, maintenance, and improvement of the IT infrastructure supporting the day-to-day operations of the AV Technologies (AVTECH) group.  You will primarily be part of the automation team in AVTECH; you will help build and maintain the systems that will be utilized for deploying automation software.  Your main skill set is advanced Linux administration, but it is highly desired that you have polyglot skills.  There will be several inter-department initiatives and projects that you will be involved with so you must be able to work in team environments and must be able to communicate effectively.  As AVTECH is a department that constantly adopts new technologies, you must be willing to go out of your comfort zone and go learn new ideas and develop new skill sets.

    • Senior Software Engineer in Test - Ref: CWSSET

      GFI Software is seeking Senior Software Engineers in Test to help develop test infrastructure supporting our entire VIPRE line of security products.  You will work as a key technical contributor on the core anti-malware technology QA team, providing technical leadership for test infrastructure development in one or more of the following disciplines: mobile, distributed computing, cloud and large-scale database systems.  As a member of the AVQA team, you will define, develop and validate next generation test infrastructure, helping ensure the reliability of GFI's core anti-malware technology. Given aggressive schedules and a dynamic, growing R&D environment, you will provide technical leadership within our AV Lab to help GFI maintain and extend our technical dominance in the evolving anti-malware space.

      Responsibilities:

      • Architect and develop complex test automation infrastructure systems to support automated testing of core technology components, using Agile and TDD methodologies
      • Interact closely with cross-functional teams to ensure highest quality products built to spec and shipped on schedule

    • C# Software Engineer - Ref: CWCSE

      This position involves design and implementation of new software and refinement of existing software within the framework defined by the Architect/Lead Engineer. The person filling this position will be expected to develop an in depth understanding of the VIPRE product and be able to contribute to all facets of product development.

      • Participation in the full life cycle of the development of the product.  This includes backlog grooming, release planning, design and implementation of solutions, code reviews, defect corrections and support of the Test Engineering process.

      GFI Software has a great opportunity for a Senior Compliance Analyst in Burlington MA. This role is responsible for managing and facilitating the Company’s global Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) implementation and ongoing compliance.  This role is also responsible for assisting with external financial reporting to the SEC.  This position will include travel to the Company’s operations in Malta, Germany, Scotland and Florida.

      • Manage all activities related to outsourced Sarbanes-Oxley implementation & ongoing compliance including:
        • Risk Assessment
        • Scoping
        • Control Design, Documentation and Updates
