On one hand, you have the necessity of monitoring your personnel (and your investments), but on the other hand you run the risk of breaching their privacy. The fine line is treaded by the possibility of abuse, and I don’t think this issue is easily resolved with human subjectivity behind the monitor screens.]]></description>
