As a user myself, I help our system administrators by organizing my email. Every morning, I would spend a few minutes going through my messages and I always make sure I have them organized by naming its corresponding folders according to projects or tasks involving such mails. Then for those messages that are personal, I usually send them to my personal email address or delete them immediately.

One way or the other, I am also helping myself in remembering my files and in maximizing my mailbox. With this effort, it makes browsing emails harmonize with my coffee in the morning.

Thank you for pointing it out. Email retrieval is best yardstick of email archiving. How fast can I get a particular email using various search variables?

I'm curious. Will the email archives come with the original attachments, as well? Those are equally important, especially with legal compliance. The context of the email conversation will not be understood fully without the attachments. If so, how will it affect the cost structure?

One nice feature would if after a search of one particular email, the solution would also point out related discussions but not necessarily of the same thread. In this way, the one shifting through the emails will have a better perspective on what he or she might be searching for.
