Some users do not understand the value of disk space. For me it is best for the administrators to let their users be aware and completely comprehend to the importance of having an orderly mailbox. Deleting unimportant messages can play a vital role in helping both the users and administrators in saving up space. Proper designation and naming of folders can also greatly help in organizing one’s mailbox. Depending on the user as to how one would classify their messages, it can be according to the sender or by the date it was sent.

Each can contribute in making email an effective and beneficial tool in sending and receiving messages daily.
