20 is talking about spreading user credentials across multiple machines instead of having them on a central repo. Since you’re probably going to have just one company login, 18 does not apply to 20.

In terms of the human element being the weakest link, I think this is only going to be exacerbated by the rapid adoption of mobility in which devices are become smarter (I guess that is why we use the term smartphone) meaning that users can start becoming dumber.
