Rotary Foundation honors GFI Charity Fund Committee

on July 20, 2011

The Rotary Foundation has honored the GFI Charity Fund Committee in Malta for its ongoing support in the form of helpful and eager volunteers for Rotary’s various hands-on initiatives in Malta as well as via financial assistance to help those in need.

As Rotary Club Malta’s contact on the Malta office’s GFI Charity Fund Committee, Angelica Micallef Trigona was named a Paul Harris Fellow, a prestigious honor that was gratefully accepted on behalf of GFI.

The GFI Charity Fund Foundation is a voluntary non-profit-making organization, independently formed by GFI employees in Malta with the aim of helping those in need. Its members voluntarily donate a monthly portion of their income and participate in hands-on and fund-raising activities to be of service to the community.
