This is mostly applicable to company’s with new and / or young employees.

Most Generation Y employees become restless as the day goes by. They easily get bored. And if they’re bored, they dont work. They access their Facebook, post to Twitter, participate in online forums.

With Internet monitoring, you can actively check the performance of your employees.

It looks a bit like voyeurism, when the employee is not informed that he or she is being monitored and he or she doesn’t consent to. Otherwise, nobody denies that Internet monitoring is a must – if you operate a network and are responsible for everything that is going inside it, you can’t do your job without the proper tools.
