I definitely agree with you. Unfortunately with the human factor involved, there is always going to be that element of risk (simply because by way of nature people are so unpredictable!). 

However, what organizations CAN and NEED to do is be aware of these insider threats and do their utmost to minimize them by way of technology (as described in the article above), user education and, as simple as it sounds, keeping employees happy.]]></description>
