Glad to see the new version is out, love GFI's archiving solutions, really helps keep the servers clean and covers our butts for legal purposes. All the new features for tracking content and usage look interesting too, can't wait to sink my teeth into it!

This is good news to SME owners like me. Email is more important now than ever. Productivity-wise, email is a great help. Plus, you can't ignore its communication benefits to organizations - SME or not.

MailInsights looks promising - with its email responsiveness, Communications Flow Report, Webmail Usage Report, improved security, and email cleaner tool, it will revolutionize email archiving solution.

Keep up the good work. More improved tools in the coming months. Goodluck.

For me, the biggest thing about this release is being able to access archived emails through a smartphone. It may not seem like a big deal, but it's really nice to have an answer for sudden surprise questions about things that came up a couple weeks ago without having to make my way back to the office.

Thanks for the comment Andrew. As you say, being able to know if there is a legitimate threat inside the network, in a secure and confidential manner, is valuable to organisations. The reports are valuable not just from a security aspect but also provide useful insight into the business.

There are a lot of monitoring features in this release that have to help IT professionals so much. You never want to be the "gotcha" police, but when somebody is providing a legitimate threat into the company network, it's nice to be able to know when, where, and how it might be happening.
