Something as major as closing someone’s business or well sizing their identity shouldn’t be done arbitrarily and rushed like it is being executed right now.

In my opinion it should only be done after a fully fledged court case. It’s inconvenient but it has a big impact on the person getting the action so I believe it is essential that before such a move one is sure the person is deserving of such a punishment / enforcement.

However this does not get the Gov. out of hot water, they need to perform a more indepth investigation before they just shut everything off. The action they are taking is like when we were in grade school, one individual does something wrong, then all individuals have to pay the price. This is not an agreeable circumstance, and to lay blame on the innocent is not acceptable. I could keep going on, but you have made some very strong points, which I agree on.

In this case security concerns are just an excuse to impose censorships. When you harm innocent individuals and companies in attempt to deal with potential criminals, this is just illegal. An equivalent would be to drop a bomb on a city because of unconfirmed rumors that criminals are hiding there. This is what the domain seizure operation translates to.
