I just started a small-scale travelling agency and was looking for ways on how to make our online system secure, most specially when we communicate with our clients through email. Though I asked an IT professional to set-up our system, I still wanna know myself everything about our network since we cannot afford to hire a network administrator yet. I considered every point discussed in this presentation necessary in handling email for our business. And with this, I am now guided on what to ask, clarify and confirm with an IT professional.

But, it would have been more helpful if it was placed on an article also, rather than just a video, especially since the questions are helpful and I would like to take note of them, as well.

This might have bided well with audio learners, but I’m still a fan of reading things, not viewing them. I’m honestly too lazy to take note of what was being said. It would have been better, if I could have just copied the article for future reference.

Good explanations on most of the checklist factors. But, global Disclaimers are not yet very clear to me, though.
