Unanswered emails are the worst - even on a personal level. Many will not purchase your product - and at worst, will give bad reviews about the enterprise. One time, I experience this kind of cold treatment from no other than godaddy. I was having trouble accessing my website and its cpanel system and I immediately emailed the company about it. No one answered my email. I emailed again thinking that my message was not sent or it was junked by Godaddy's mailbox. I waited for several hours until I personally called the company about it. Only then my problem was solved.

Now I learned my lesson. I switched to a different web host provider and I'm now a proud HostGator account holder. I never stick my loyalty and confidence to a company that does not reply to my email - especially to emails that has a product or service-related problem.

Not only that, but a dedicated analyst focused on email marketing can take a company that may be laboring in some regards and not know where to direct their streamlining efforts and pinpoint specific behaviors and individuals that need to be emulated or fine-tuned. The benefits far, far outweigh any potential arguments against setting up a monitoring solution.

These days, where economic recession is almost always certain, email monitoring is really a must. Lost sales means lost profit, which can then lead to bankruptcy. You don't want this happen - do you? How about that multi-billion dollar Christmas shopping season? This holiday, email monitoring can up the ante against your competition and increase your sales.

As a salesman for five years now, constant and effective communication to your clients and prospective customers can make or break that sale. Email monitoring can help you with this. Even if this program cost you, treat it as an investment for the future. It's like spending $1 now but gaining $100 a week later.
