		<description><![CDATA[One of the reasons I left my previous ISP was their blacklist. It was constantly blocking legit emails from family and friends and letting a lot of real spam through. Trying to fix the issue was even more frustrating because my ISP refused to talk to me or the people whose emails were being blocked. They insisted the email admin of their ISP was the only person they&#039;d talk to. Needless to say those folks are very hard to get ahold of. 

Blacklists can be enormously helpful if they are maintained properly and problems are quickly addressed.]]></description>
