About Dave Winpenny
Dave has 30 years experience in the high tech customer and technical support industry and is widely recognised for his contributions to the building of robust and responsive support infrastructures across the globe. Dave has operated at Vice-President level for the past 10 years with GFI, CA, VERITAS and Seagate Software helping to develop new solutions for global support issues.
During his career, Dave has been an active member of several industry organisations (TSANet, SSPA, Service Strategies) and is a regular speaker at customer focused conferences in Europe and Asia.
Dave holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Staffordshire University and a Diploma in Management Studies from the Open University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management and member of the Institute of Directors.
